Yes. Our panel is designed to be straightforward even if you have never hosted a server before. If you get stuck our team is available on Discord to help you through it.

Click the Panel button in the navigation, then select Create Account. Fill in your details, verify your email address, and you are ready to go.

Servers are provisioned and ready within minutes of completing your order. There is no manual setup required on our end so you can get started almost immediately.

Once your server is deployed you will find the connection details including IP address and port inside the panel. Simply copy these into your game client and connect.

Yes. You have full access to your server files through the panel, allowing you to upload mods, plugins, and custom configurations. If you need help with a specific setup ask us on Discord.

We accept major payment methods including card payments via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers and are fully encrypted.

Payment is taken in advance of each billing period. You will receive a notification before your renewal is due. If payment fails your server will be suspended until the balance is settled.

Yes. You can adjust your plan at any time through the panel. Changes take effect immediately and billing is adjusted on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more details see our Terms of Service.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime across all services. You can monitor the live status of all our systems at any time on our status page.

Yes. All servers include enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation to keep your service online and protected from malicious traffic at all times.

All plans run on NVMe SSDs for maximum read and write throughput with zero bottlenecks. This means faster load times and smoother performance for your server.

Each server is assigned a dedicated IP and port by default. If you need a custom domain pointed at your server you can set that up through your domain registrar using a DNS A record pointing to your server IP.
